Owner Requirements
To proceed with the vehicle partnership program, owners need to provide the following documents and meet these requirements for a smooth onboarding process.
Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
Valid driver's license, passport, or other government IDs
Recent utility bill under owner's name
Electricity, water, or internet bill (within 3 months)
Three (3) clear photocopies of OR/CR
Official Receipt & Certificate of Registration
Updated insurance coverage
Must be current and comprehensive coverage
Optional but recommended
For security and incident documentation
Owner-installed / owner responsibility
Installation and any associated costs are the responsibility of the vehicle owner; professional installation recommended
Document Guidelines:

- •Insurance must be comprehensive coverage
Equipment Installation:
- •GPS installation must be arranged and paid for by the vehicle owner; certified installers recommended
- •Dashcam highly recommended for protection
- •All equipment installations and their costs are to be shouldered by the owner

Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before participating in our vehicle partnership program
Revenue sharing is calculated monthly based on actual rental income, minus operational costs.
Vehicle owners are responsible for maintaining their vehicles according to our maintenance schedule.
We reserve the right to terminate partnerships for violations of terms or quality standards.
Any traffic violations, including NCAP, incurred during client use are the client's full responsibility. Breck's maintains a system record of violators for transparency.
Client is fully liable for replacement value based on fair market value. If covered by insurance, claims processed immediately. Client shoulders participation fees, depreciation, or deductibles not covered by insurance.
Agreement valid for 1 year from execution, automatically renewed unless 30 days' written notice of termination. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice.
Both parties keep business, client, and financial information confidential during agreement and for 2 years after termination.

Owner Responsibilities

Owner shall issue an SPA to brecks car rental representative authorizing representation before government authorities in matters relating to the vehicle.
Note: SPA does not cover authority to sell or mortgage the vehicle.
Neither party shall be liable for failure/delay caused by events beyond control (typhoons, earthquakes, floods, fire, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, etc.). Parties shall inform each other and agree on reasonable steps to minimize effects. No penalties/liabilities arise from such failure or delay.
Any dispute shall first be settled amicably. If unresolved, submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Philippine laws.
Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Breach allows immediate termination and legal remedies.
